1. Brief Introduction of Yatai Cement Industry:
Yatai Cement is the backbone industry of Yatai Group and it is the largest cement production base in northeast area and it is also one of the most important supporting cement and building materials enterprise in Jilin province. At present, Yatai Cement has totally six production bases both in Jilin province and Heilongjiang province and its annual production amount of high-quality Portland cement about 5,000,000 tons and merchandise grog about 4,000,000 tons. Now, it is extending and building the new production line of Yatai Cement and after putting it into production the annual production amount of cement will be 15,000,000 tons.
The design of the production line of Yatai Cement collected about 20 items of domestically and internationally advanced techniques and it has the characteristics of advanced technics, high level automatic production, large-scaled equipments, match of the environmental protection item and reliable quality control etc. The whole production process is controlled by computers and this represents the advanced level of the 2nd generation cement grog dried outside cement kiln of our country.
Yatai Cement has established a perfect quality control system. It has a group of experienced managers and technical personnel also with pretty high theoretical level. It has enough reserves of limestone mine with high level and stable quality and advanced limestone equalized storerooms.
Yatai Cement produces all products in severely executing the newest national standard and it is the first to pass CQBM product quality attestation, ISO9002 quality system attestation, ISO14001 environment system attestation and OHSAS18001 professional safety and healthy system attestation.
The ˇ°Ding Luˇ± brand series of Portland cement produced by Yatai Cement was continuously appraised as ˇ°Jilin Provincial Famous Brand Productˇ±, ˇ°Jilin Provincial Exempt Inspection Productˇ± and ˇ°National Quality Exempt Inspection Productˇ± because of its advantage of extraordinary quality in the cement in industry.
In Jan. 2005, Jilin provincial government appraised Yatai Cement the honorable title of ˇ°Jilin Provincial Quality Management Awardˇ± and it is also the only one that acquired this honour in the cement industry in our province.

Whole Cooperation (Transfer of Shares or Increase of Investment):
With the industry integration and division of the specialties, Yatai cement industry has formed the professional production and sale system for exploitation of limestone, production of grog, cement, commercial concrete and sale of cement packaging products and cements. It has got the advantages of resources, scale, talented person, techniques, cost, soft environment, network and brand.
In order to exert the above advantages of Yatai cement industry and integrate the cement market of the northeast area with the investors, Yatai Group would like to cooperate with the strategic investors for the integration and that is to treat Yatai cement industry as the flat roof so as to do the transfer of shares and increase of investment.
Project Cooperation (Project Financing and Cooperation for Development):
Yatai Group plans to construct a production line for 2500/t grog in Shuangyang and construct two more production lines for 5000/t grog in Shuangyang within two years and construct a production line for 5000/t grog in Mingcheng.
Yatai Group would like to treat the above projects as the flat roof so as to set the project-company together with the strategic investors and they will enjoy the benefits together based on the investment rate and also bear the risks together. We can also finance for the project and we can provide fixed return or divisions of the grog for the investors and the detailed conditions will be negotiated and confirmed by both of the parties.
