Our company is the largest real estate development company in Jilin province and it has the first grade state qualification of real estate comprehensive development.
There are 105 formal employees now in our company and among them there are 23 ones that have the senior technical titles and 22 ones that have the secondary technical titles. The rate of the employees whose educational level is higher than junior college level is over 70%.
3. Brief Introduction of the Project:
The 3rd period construction of Yatai Garden is the 3rd group of Yatai Garden whose total size is 1,000,000m2. It is located in the Erdao district of Chang Chun city and on the junction of Jilin road and Minfeng street and it is very near to Yatai Peach Blossom Garden (1st period) whose construction has been finished yet. It is the flourishing downtown area in the East part of Chang Chun.
The shape of the developed field is a square. The area it occupied is 14.8ha. The total programming building area is 200,000m 2 , the plot ratio is 1.29 and the virescence rate is 37.4%. The construction styles include small high buildings, connecting villas in rows, multi-floor housing, comprehensive commercial building and so on and they all show the town life style in the modern city.
The 3rd period of Yatai Garden is another work of Yatai Real Estate after the successful development of Yatai Peach Blosson Garden and Apricot Blossom Garden. With the usage of the new airport of Chang Chun, this region which is very near to the Airport road will provide one more noble living community for the residence, shopping and entertainment of the citizens in Chang Chun city and it is also another bright pearl of the East part in Chang Chun city.

The planned construction period for this project is three years and we plan to invest RMB617,250,000 yuan and the estimated sales income is RMB711,760,000 yuan. We will finance in treating the 3rd period of Yatai garden as a flat roof and the financing return can be divided into fixed return and project return and the detailed conditions will be negotiated and confirmed by both of the parties.
