Jilin Yatai Hailun Cement Co., Ltd was brought into production in October 2002 to give an annual output of 320,000 tons. The company has advanced cement milling equipment which is designed for use by Yatai Cement Co., Ltd. The construction of this company is an important step in realising the strategic objective of being the major force in the cement supply to the Jilin Province and the Northeastern region by Yatai cement industries. The company will also supply the current shortage of high grade cement in the Hailun area and assist in the promotion of the local economy.
